Welcome to the first Järvi Summer Festival!

This festival is not only for Järvi musical family, but for all of you. We are welcoming more than 150 great musicians during this week in Pärnu.

The festival includes many exciting concerts as well as inspiring soloists, ensembles and festival orchestra. You will hear the best young Estonian musicians and outsanding artists from all over the world. Our special guest this year is legendary Israelian violinist Ivry Gitlis. And of course you are invited to enjoy the concerts given by Järvi musical family.

I hope that everyone finds something special in our festival program.

During the Järvi Summer Festival we are also educating the young conductors from Estonia and elsewhere. It is always fascinating to discover new talents and I am sure we will meet some of them in the Järvi Academy masterclasses.

Estonian composer Tõnu Kõrvits has a special place in our festival program. You can enjoy his music on several nights.
